Here’s what you should know.

Marquee Matchups

Inter Miami will open its first-ever MLS season with a must-watch matchup against a record-breaking Los Angeles FC side on March 1 at Banc of California Stadium. LAFC broke the MLS points record en route to the 2019 Supporters’ Shield on the strength of reigning MLS MVP Carlos Vela.

The excitement continues with the opening of Inter Miami CF Stadium in Fort lauderdale against the LA Galaxy on Saturday, March 1. The Galaxy, which  is Club co-owner David Beckham’s former team as a player, have claimed the MLS Cup title a league-record five times since the club was founded in 1996.

Inter Miami will also host the reigning MLS Cup champion Seattle Sounders on Aug. 28 at Inter Miami CF Stadium. The Sounders present an early test for the Club as they have reached the MLS Cup final in four of the past five seasons.

Toronto FC, a three-time MLS Cup finalist in the past four years, will travel to South Florida on Saturday, April 25 and then turnaround to host Inter Miami on Saturday, May 30 at BMO Field.
