Pellegrini, a winger from Magdalena, Argentina, joined Inter Miami CF from Estudiantes de La Plata via transfer as a Young Designated Player in July 2019, becoming one of the first two players ever signed by the Club.

Of Pellegrini, Inter Miami CF Sporting Director Paul McDonough said, “We liked that Pellegrini can play inside and out wide, has very good aerobic capacity and can cover a lot of ground.”

Pellegrini joined the Estudiantes academy at the age of 11 before making his senior debut in 2018. He went on to make 23 appearances for the first division side, scoring five goals across all competitions. He made two appearances in the prestigious Copa Libertadores tournament. 

He has also represented both the U-17 and U-20 Argentine national teams on the international stage.
