Called Up: Morales, Almeida and Pinter Called Up by U.S. U-17 MYNT for Upcoming Training Camp

Inter Miami CF midfielder Santiago Morales and Inter Miami CF Academy players Nicholas Almeida and Daniel Pinter have been named in the the U.S. U-17 MYNT's twenty-four player roster for the team’s ongoing training camp in West Palm Beach, Fla. from March 10 through 15. 

Morales, who last September became the seventh Academy product to earn a First Team promotion, returns to the fold after being called up several times by the U.S. U-16 and U-17 sides in the past. Notably, the midfielder is one of two players in the squad that returns after featuring in the 2023 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

U-17 Academy team duo Almeida and Pinter, meanwhile, receive their first  U.S. U-17 MYNT. Both players have previously been called up by U.S. youth sides in the past, with Pinter having also represented Hungary at the youth levels.

Morales, Almeida and Pinter are among a growing list of current and former Inter Miami CF Academy players to be called up to a national team, including: Noah Allen, Edison Azcona, Israel Boatwright, Marco Cantalapiedra, Benjamin Cremaschi, Bryan Destin, Benjamin Donato Justin Ellis, Gabriel Florentino, Victor Fung, Tyler Hall, Cadriano Marsh, Crstian Ortiz, Sebastian Otero, Kai Nesfield, Adrián Rosario, David Ruiz and Felipe Valencia, among others.
