The Inter Miami CF Academy’s U-13 team, representing the 2013 age group, is headed to Orlando, Florida to take part in the ninth edition of the prestigious LALIGA FC FUTURES International Soccer Tournament. The tournament will feature youth teams from some of the world’s top clubs, including FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid, and more.
Participation in the LALIGA FC FUTURES offers a valuable opportunity for Inter Miami CF’s Academy to compete on the international stage and test itself against elite youth talent from around the globe. The squad will play two group stage matches, with hopes of advancing to the knockout rounds.
Inter Miami CF U-13 Group Stage Matches
- Friday, October 10 at 1 p.m. ET vs. CA Independiente (Argentina)
- Saturday, October 11 at 10 a.m. ET vs. CF Monterrey (Mexico)
Our Academy’s U-13s will compete in Group C. The top two teams from each group will move on to the quarterfinals, scheduled for the midday of Saturday, Oct. 11, followed by the semifinals that same evening. The tournament final and third place match are set to be played on Sunday, Oct. 12.
