Inter Miami CF Hires Meghan Cameron as Director of Player Personnel and Compliance

Inter Miami CF announced today that it has hired Meghan Cameron as the Club’s Director of Player Personnel and Compliance. Cameron joins from Sporting Kansas City, where she served as an Assistant Director of Player Personnel from Dec. 2017 to Sept. 2021; the team topped the Western Conference twice during her time there.

“Meghan is an impressive professional and will be a welcomed addition to the Front Office,” said CSO & Sporting Director Chris Henderson. “She will provide guidance on daily matters impacting the Soccer Operations Department and, including ensuring compliance with all roster rules and regulations.”

Cameron, who will report directly to Henderson, boasts an extensive career within Major League Soccer (MLS), working in positions across the league for over a decade. In addition to working for Kansas, she was also a Senior Manager of Player Personnel & Competition for MLS, a position she held since Jul. 2010. Prior to this, she served as a Program Manager for Sports System Services from Dec. 2007 to May 2010.

Following her graduation from Rutgers University in 2005, she quickly began her career in sports with D.C. United, where she worked as a Foundation Coordinator from June 2005 to June 2007.
