The hosts came closest through Alejandro Flores, whose effort struck the post, but Chattanooga held onto its lead heading into the break.
Inter Miami II continued to threaten after halftime, creating additional chances while pushing numbers forward. However, a disciplined Chattanooga defense stood firm throughout the second half, preserving the clean sheet and securing the 0-1 victory.
