General 

  1. When will MLS announce the revised schedule for the 2020 season?

    • MLS announced on March 19 that it will extend the postponement of its matches in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidance to postpone events involving more than 50 people over the next eight weeks. The league is hopeful to resume league play by May 10. 

    • MLS will share updates on the 2020 schedule as soon as available! Please download the Inter Miami CF App and follow our social media channels for updates.

  2. Will MLS play a full season? 

    • MLS remains focused on playing the entire 2020 season and is evaluating all options, including pushing back the end of the season and playing MLS Cup in December, as the league did prior to the 2019 season. The league is also identifying other available dates. Throughout this process, MLS will continue to prioritize the safety of its fans, players, employees and partners and to coordinate with federal and local public health authorities as well as other sporting organizations.  


 Tickets

  1. I purchased a single game ticket to an Inter Miami home game, can I receive a refund? (W)

    • All tickets for postponed games will be honored when they are played later in the season. If you already have a ticket to a game, that existing ticket will grant admission to the rescheduled contest and no further action is needed.  Tickets are only refunded in the event of a cancelled event.  Please email tickets@intermiamicf.com with any additional questions or for more information.

  2. I purchased a group outing to one of your first three games, what are my options?  (W)

    • All tickets for postponed games will be honored when they are played later in the season. If you already have a ticket to a game, that existing ticket will grant admission to the rescheduled contest and no further action is needed.  Tickets are only refunded in the event of a cancelled event. Please email groups@intermiamicf.com with any additional questions or for more information.

  3. I would like to purchase group tickets to a game right now, can I?  (W)

    • At this time group tickets are not available for purchase.  To be among the first to know when tickets become available, please click here.


Season Ticket Members

  1. Will I still be charged for my payment plan during the time the league is suspended?

    • Payment plans are still on schedule for the first of each month.

  2. How does this impact auto renewals for the 2021 season?

    • Memberships will automatically renew for the 2021 season. Renewal timeline and details will be communicated in advance. 

  3. I want to stop my payments but not cancel my season tickets, can I do that?

    • Payment plans are still on schedule for the first of each month.

  4. Can I still purchase a parking pass?

    • Season Ticket Members interested in purchasing full season parking passes can contact their Membership Services Executive for details.  More information regarding parking for individual matches will be announced when the updated schedule is released.

  5. If I purchased a parking pass, can I receive a refund?

    • Full season parking passes will be honored at all rescheduled match dates.


Partial Plans 

  1. Will I still have the same games in my partial plan when the new schedule is announced?

    • All tickets for postponed games will be honored when they are played later in the season. If you already have a ticket to a game, that existing ticket will grant admission to the rescheduled contest and no further action is needed.
