Fort Lauderdale CF will host Forward Madison on Tuesday, June 1 at 7:30 ET. The match at DRV PNK Stadium will air live on ESPN+.
Fort Lauderdale will look to recover quickly and get back to winning ways after narrowly falling 1-0 against New England Revolution II in the team’s last match.
Tuesday’s match will be the second between Fort Lauderdale and Forward Madison in Club history, as the sides met in a 2-2 draw at DRV PNK Stadium on Oct. 14, 2020 during the team’s inaugural campaign.
Forward Madison enters the fixture after defeating South Georgia Tormenta FC 1-3 on the road in the team’s last match. So far in the 2021 season, the team has recorded three wins and one draw.
Edison Azcona Returns on Loan
Inter Miami First Team player Edison Azcona has returned to Fort Lauderdale CF on loan for the match and will be available for selection. The winger previously featured for the team on April 10 and will join Inter Miami teammates George Acosta and Josh Penn.
