Called Up: Damion Lowe Called Up by the Jamaican National Team.

Inter Miami CF defender Damion Lowe has been called up to the Jamaican National Team for three 2022 Concacaf Nations League matches and a friendly.

Lowe and Jamaica will match up against Suriname for a home-and-home, with the first game scheduled for Saturday, June 4, at 7 p.m. ET at Flora Stadium in Paramaribo, Suriname. The Reggae Boyz will then return home to play Suriname at National Stadium Independence Park in Kingston, Jamaica on Tuesday, June 7, at 9 p.m. E.T.

Jamaica will then continue its international stretch of matches with a friendly against Uruguay on Saturday, June 11, at Estadio Centenario in Montevideo, Uruguay kickoff at 4 p.m. ET. The team will then conclude the international break with a Concacaf Nations League home match against Mexico on June 14, at 8 p.m. ET at National Stadium.

The 29-year-old center back has appeared in over 40 matches for the senior national team, scoring twice and registering an assist. He previously made appearances for U-20 and U-23 sides.

Lowe has registered 11 MLS appearances and one goal this season for Inter Miami, earning two MLS Team of the Week honors.

Lowe will join the national team after Inter Miami’s match against the Portland Timbers set for Saturday, May 28, at 8 p.m. ET at DRV PNK Stadium.
