Accessible Seating (ADA)
Nu Stadium is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests in attendance at each event and providing accessible seating throughout the stadium. For accessible seating accommodations, please email guestservices@intermiamicf.com , visit ticketmaster.com or stop by the Ticketmaster Box Office located by the East Gate on matchday*. When available, we will try to accommodate for one (1) companion ticket into a designated accessible seating area along with the guest.
\On matchdays, the Box Office will open three (3) hours prior to kickoff and closes at the 65th minute of the match. The Box Office is NOT open on non-matchdays. \
Inter Mimi CF provides a wheelchair service provided by our Guest Services team. If additional assistance is needed upon arrival at the stadium, guests may seek assistance from guest service representatives at the gates or stop by our guest services booth located at section 201-202. Wheelchair transportation is provided from the gate to your seat. Transportation back to the entrance after the event is available upon request.
ADA Shuttle Information
If you are a fan traveling from the Miami Intermodal Center needing accessibility assistance, Nu Stadium provides a free courtesy shuttle service that begins 4 hours before the match. The shuttle runs throughout the entirety of the match and 1 hour after the match ends. For non-Inter Miami matches shuttle service hours may vary, please email guestservices@intermiamicf.com for details.
ADA Shuttle drop-off/pickup is on Festival Way/Miami Freedom Park Dr.
This shuttle is designated for fans with ADA needs. Guests with ADA needs can have one additional person to accompany them on the shuttle. If there is additional room, more group members may use the shuttle.

Alcohol Policy
Nu Stadium strongly encourages all guests to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. Fans should be aware of the following policies during Inter Miami CF matches and all major events at Nu Stadium. Please keep in mind that stadium management reserves the right to change these policies and procedures at any time without warning:
- All fans should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcohol. State of Florida law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age.
- Examples of acceptable forms of identification are driver’s license, passport, state issued I.D. Card with photo, and military I.D. with photo.
- A maximum of two alcoholic beverages will be sold per person per transaction.
- Any fan that shows signs of impairment and/or intoxication may not be allowed to enter, may be denied service, or may be removed from Nu Stadium and are subject to arrest.
- Fans providing alcoholic beverages to people less than 21 years of age may be ejected from Nu Stadium and are subject to arrest.
- Fans possessing alcohol that do not have proper identification when requested by a concessionaire or security staff member may be ejected.
- For Inter Miami CF matches, all alcohol sales of Nu Stadium will end at the 70th -minute of the match or at the discretion of Nu Stadium and Inter Miami CF management.
- Please note that the alcohol policy for all non-IMCF events will be determined in coordination with the event promoter.
- No alcoholic beverages served inside the stadium can be taken off site.
- It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure that they have a safe means of transportation when leaving the facility.
Animals
Inter Miami CF welcomes guests who need a dog as a service animal. The service animal must be trained or is in training to perform tasks for the guest. Service animals may not use additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat but may request accessible seating. Please contact guestservices@intermiamicf.com when attending an event with your service animal to ensure we can provide appropriate accommodation.
Comfort/Emotional Support animals are not allowed in Nu Stadium. All other animals are prohibited.
Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
Nu Stadium is a cashless venue. There are no ATMs on site so please prepare accordingly.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby Changing stations are currently located inside Nu Stadium at the following family restroom locations: Section 226/227, 238/239, East Club, West Club, Field Suites, Executive Suites, and Platinum Suites
Bag Policy
To expedite entry into Nu Stadium, we strongly encourage fans not to bring bags to the stadium. If you must bring a bag to the stadium, please see important information below.
- No bags larger than 12’x 6’ x 12’ will be allowed into Nu Stadium
- No backpacks will be allowed
- Other bag types that will not be allowed at Nu Stadium include: coolers, luggage or other similar bags that exceed the size restriction.
- Clear bags that fit the size restriction will be allowed.
- Guests can email guestservices@intermiamicf.com with any bag policy questions.

Each guest is permitted one bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12’x 6’ 12’ or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar). Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand [i.e. larger than 4.5’ x 6.5’), with or without a strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
Please see the clear bag policy here for a comprehensive list of items not permitted into Nu Stadium. All items must be compliant with the clear bag policy.
All guests will be subject to a search of their person and possessions prior to entering Nu Stadium. Guests should be prepared to open their clear bags to be inspected upon direction by security staff. Guests may be asked to move/remove items from their bags to complete a full inspection.
Exemptions will be made for any medically necessary items but they must be approved by Stadium management. Please email guestservices@intermiamicf.com at least 24 hours prior to the match for further details.
Banners, Flags, and Signs
- Banners, flags, and signs are welcomed within Nu Stadium. Large versions may be denied entry and asked to be brought back to vehicles or disposed. All items entering Nu Stadium are subject to inspection prior to entry. Banners, flags, and signs cannot be displayed or hung during the match. Flags must be worn. All items must adhere to the fan code of conduct and follow these guidelines:
- Cannot contain commercial, political, or offensive content.
- They are not larger than 2’ x 3’.
- They are not affixed to a stick/pole.
- They do not damage stadium property. Signs cannot be attached to the stadium with any adhesive.
- They do not cover up any existing stadium signage.
- They are made of paper or lightweight cloth-like material. Signs cannot utilize wood, metal or similar types of materials and may not have any sharp edges.
Any Banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole discretion of Inter Miami CF management.
The Supporter section is an exception to this rule. Supporters will work with stadium management for pre-approval of TIFO, flags, and banners outside of these guidelines.
Ball Return Policy
Any Soccer balls that enter the seating area must be returned to the field of play by giving the ball to a Ball Kid or the nearest Stadium Staff member.
Box Office
On matchdays, the Box Office will be open three (3) hours prior to the match starting. The Box Office will close at the 65th minute mark of the match. Please note that the Box Office hours for all non-IMCF events will be determined in coordination with the event promoter.
Charging Stations
Nu Stadium currently does not have any mobile charging stations available for fans at the Stadium. Please stop by guest services if you need assistance with charging your device.
Celebrations
Celebrate your special day at Nu Stadium and make your match day more memorable with a personalized scoreboard shoutout. Fans celebrating a birthday or attending their first match can stop by the Guest Services booth to receive a complimentary birthday pin or first match pin while supplies last. First-time guests can also receive a personalized First match Certificate to commemorate their visit.
Children’s Tickets
Children ages two (2) and under are not required to have a ticket to enter Inter Miami games. If attending without a ticket, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. All children aged three (3) years or older must have a ticket.
For all Non-Inter Miami CF events, the ticket policies are determined by the artist, promoter or event organizer.
Clubs and Suites
Inter Miami CF and Nu Stadium offer several hospitality areas for the enjoyment of our fans. If you are interested in purchasing tickets for one of our clubs or a suite, please email ticketing@intermiamicf.com .
- Nu Club – The Nu Club operates as an all-inclusive area on matchday, located on the west side of the stadium on our mezzanine level. Access to this area is for Nu Club and Loge box ticket holders only (Sections C144 & C145 | L140 to L142 | L147 to L149). Nu Club members should enter via the VIP Entrance located on the West side of the stadium.
- Loge Boxes – Loge box members have access to their seats located within the west club at Sections L140 to L142 & L147 to L149. Additionally, loge box members have access to two exclusive clubs, our West Club and Nu Club that have an all-inclusive food and beverage package included. Loge Box members should enter via the VIP Entrance located on the West side of the stadium.
- West Club – The West Club operates as an all-inclusive area on matchday, located on the west side of the stadium on our club level. Access to this area is for West Club, Nu Club, and Loge box ticket holders only (Sections C140 to C149| L140 to L142 | L147 to L149) West Club members should enter via the VIP Entrance located on the West side of the stadium.
- East Club* – The East Club operates as an exclusive club space located on the east side of the stadium on our field level. Access to this area is for east club and pitch side seat ticket holders (C118 to C122 | East 1 to East 4). This club has a dedicated entry point at the East Gate within the East VIP Lobby along with exclusive restrooms, concessions stands, and bars located inside of the East club.
\Please note that this is not an all-inclusive space for east club members.\
- Pitch side Seats – Pitch side seat holders have access to their seats located within the east club at the following sections: East 1, East 2, East 3, and East 4. Pitch Side seat holders have a dedicated all-inclusive area on matchday within the east club located at the center bar within the club. Please note that this is an exclusive benefit for Pitch Side seats ONLY. Pitch Side seat holders should enter via the East VIP Lobby.
- Field Suites – Located on the field level of the west side of the stadium for Field Suite Ticket Holders ONLY (FS1 to FS 18) Field Suite Ticket Holders should enter via the VIP Entrance located on the west side of the stadium.
- Executive Suites – Located on the 2nd floor of the west side of the stadium for Executive Suite Ticket Holders ONLY (S1 to S25). Executive Suite Holders should enter via the VIP Entrance located on the west side of the stadium.
- Platinum Suites – Located on the 3rd floor of the west side of the stadium for Platinum Suite Holders ONLY (PS26 to PS33). Platinum Suite Holders should enter via the VIP Entrance located on the west side of the stadium.

Drones
For the safety of all guests and staff, all drones and unmanned aerial vehicles are prohibited in and around Nu Stadium at all times without prior written consent from Inter Miami CF and Nu Stadium.
Ejection Policy
Guests that refuse to follow the direction of stadium staff, designated security or fail to comply with the Code of Conduct for Guests may be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and may be in violation of city ordinances, resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
Elevators
Nu Stadium provides a total of (6) elevator locations for guests with disability or mobility challenges, or guests with small children at all gates.
- South Gate Elevator (1) – Services guests needing assistance to access the stadium concourse. Located at the South Gate.
- East Gate Elevator (1) - Services guests needing assistance to access the stadium concourse. Located at the East Gate.
- North Gate Elevator (1) - Services guests needing assistance to access the stadium concourse. Located at the North Gate.
- VIP Entrance Elevators (2) - Services the Nu Club, West Club, Executive Suites, and Platinum Suites. Located inside of the VIP Lobby past the escalators.
- East Club Elevator (1) – Provides access to East Club. Elevator is located within the East Club Check In at section 118/119 near the café Bustelo concession stand.

Entrances
There are a total of four (4) main points of guest entry into Nu Stadium. All Guest entrances open 90 minutes before kickoff.
South Gate – Located on the South Side of the Stadium (Near the Main Team Store and Parking Garage)
North Gate – Located on the Northeast Corner of the Stadium (Primary Home Supporters Entrance)
Royal Caribbean East Gate – Located on the East Side of the Stadium (East Club & Pitch Side Seat Entry)
West VIP Entrance – Located on the West Side of Stadium (Field Suites, Executive Suites, Platinum Suites, Loge, West Club, and Nu Club Members Only)
Entry to the Stadium
Per the MLS and Nu Stadium’s focus on safety first, all fans and their belongings will be searched upon entry into the Stadium. Fans attempting to enter with prohibited items are subject to an ejection or refusal of entry. All fans will be screened using metal detectors at the entrance gates. By tendering a ticket and entering the Stadium, fans consent to such searches and waive any claims that they might have against MLS or Nu Stadium, Inter Miami CF, its member clubs, their affiliates, or their agents. If individuals elect not to consent to the searches, they will be denied entry into the Stadium.

Family Restrooms and ADA accessible restrooms are located at the following areas:
North: Sections 226-227, Sections 238-239
South\: Sections 213-214\ , Sections 203-204*
East\: Sections 221-222\, Sections 219-221*
Premium Areas
- East Club - Family restrooms are located next to the men’s restroom
- West Club – Family restrooms are located next to the male and female restrooms
- Nu Club* - Family restrooms are located next to the male and female restrooms
- Field Suites – Individual restrooms with baby changing stations next to FS 9 and FS 10.
- Executive Suites – In women’s restroom in front of S8 and S18.
- Platinum Suites – Individual restrooms in front of PS 27.

Fan Zone presented by Baptist Health
Check out the Fan Zone presented by Baptist Health before every Inter Miami CF home match. Starting from the South side of Nu Stadium to the North end. The Fan Zone opens three (3) hours prior to kickoff and ends at kickoff. Sample products from Inter Miami CF partners, participate in tailgates, futbol games, and even pick up a few giveaways. The Fan Zone is located outside of the stadium and open to the public. Once you enter Nu Stadium you can only access the Fan Zone upon egress.
Field Trespassing
Fans are reminded that attempting to enter or access the playing field without the proper credentials will be considered trespassing and is grounds for immediate ejection and/or arrest.
Anyone who is caught trespassing or trying to enter the field of play will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.
First Aid (Sponsored by Baptist Health)
Baptist Health operates a First Aid station on the Main Concourse in between sections 238-239 on the Northwest corner.
Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverage is prohibited at Nu Stadium. Certain medical exceptions as well as exception for children and infants will be made on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from Nu Stadium Management. Guests can contact guestservices@intermiamicf.com with any outside food or beverage related questions. For information regarding food and beverage options inside the stadium, please reference our “concessions and food service” section above
Please note that souvenir cups sold at the stadium are not allowed for re-entry into the stadium. These souvenir cups are only to be used for the match they were purchased at.
Group Tickets
Groups of 10 or more can purchase discounted tickets to Inter Miami CF Home Matches. Additional experiences are also available based on the size of your group. Please call (305) 428-0611 or visit our Groups page for more information.
Guest Services
The Guest Services booth is located inside the concourse near section 201-202 on the Southwest side of the stadium. The booth opens when gates open to the public and closes 60 minutes following the end of the match. Guest Services can assist with the following:

Housekeeping/Maintenance
Nu Stadium strives to provide our fans with a safe, clean, and friendly environment always. If you see or experience a housekeeping problem or maintenance concern, please notify your nearest staff member, visit Guest Services located near sections 201-202.
Lost and Found
All guests looking to claim or report lost items during the match should report to Guest Services, located at section 201-202 on the Southwest side of the stadium. After the match is over all lost items are returned to our security office. Guests inquiring about lost items at previous events should email guestservices@intermiamicf.com or call (786) 723-8750.
Items lost at prior events are held in a locked storage area for thirty (30) days and are then either disposed of or donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Nu Stadium cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Lost Children
Lost children should be taken to the Guest Services booth located by sections 201-202 by the Southwest corner. Parents who would like to participate in the free kids identification bracelets which helps reunite lost children should visit our Guest Services booth.
Merchandise
Nu Stadium has multiple merchandise locations throughout Nu Stadium as outlined below:
- Main Team Store @ South Gate: The Team store opens three (3) hours prior to kickoff and closes 90 minutes after the end of the match. The team store is not currently open on non-matchdays.
- Exterior Doors - Open three (3) hours prior to kickoff and closes 30 minutes prior to gates opening.
- Concourse Doors – Open when stadium gates are open to the public and closes 90 minutes after the end of the match.
- Container Store @ North Gate: Open three (3) hours prior to kickoff and closes 90 minutes after the match.
- Pop Up Store @ VIP Lobby: Opens when stadium gates are open to the public and closes at the 70th minute.
Mobile Ticketing
Mobile Ticketing is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets, while increasing protection against fraud. All Inter Miami CF matches held at Nu Stadium are Mobile Ticket entry only. Tickets can be viewed on smart phones using the Inter Miami CF team app. We recommend saving tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay in advance of game day for the easiest entry process. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry. If arriving with friends or family, please transfer their tickets ahead of time.
Nursing Mothers
A mother has the right to breast feed her child in any public or private location. Any mothers needing a private location can go to our guest services booth located at section 201/202 for assistance.

- Cameras with detachable lenses or longer than 6” when extended, camcorders, go-pros and associated equipment (monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks)
- Confetti, streamers, register tape, etc.… (Other than pre-approved)
- Coolers, outside food and beverage, cans, flasks, bottles, etc.
- Drones or other unmanned aerial devices
Fireworks of any kind including but not limited to flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics.
- Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
- Laptops, iPad, tablets or other large electronic devices (Other than approved media)
- Laser pointers
- Noisemaking devices such as whistles, horns, bells, thunder sticks, vuvuzelas, megaphones, etc.… (Other than pre-approved)
- Projectile items (inflated soccer or beach ball) or any missile or object that can be thrown
- Scooters, skateboards, hoverboards or bikes
- Smoking of any kind including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.…
- Umbrellas
- Weapons including guns, knives, explosives (including actual, toy or replica), pepper spray, mace or tasers
- Nu Stadium and / or the League office reserves the right to amend the Prohibited items list at any time and has the authority to restrict any item deemed dangerous or that impedes the safety and enjoyment of guests.
Re-Entry Policy
In accordance with Nu Stadium security procedures, guests are not allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.
Scalping and Profiteering
The unlawful resale of any event tickets on Nu Stadium grounds and/or event parking lots is strictly PROHIBITED and may result in the loss of ticket privileges and/or prosecution to the full extent of the law.

Stadium Map

Strollers / Infant Carriers
Strollers and Infant Carriers are permitted at Nu Stadium. Strollers unable to fold up and fit underneath a seat must be checked in at the Stroller Check-in at the Guest Services booth by sections 201-202.
Smoking and Tobacco Use Policy
Nu Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and the use of other tobacco products is PROHIBITED IN ALL AREAS OF THE STADIUM. This includes all smoking tobacco, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers. Violators of this policy may be ejected from the stadium. All season ticket members are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets.
Supporters Group
The home of the official supporter groups of La Familia is the North Stand, which is a safe-standing stand only. La Familia reside in sections 131/132/133. La Familia have special privileges that allow them to bring in instruments, flags, banners, and more. All items are to be approved by the club and will enter the stadium through the North Gate prior to gates opening.
Tickets Office
Nu Stadium Ticket Office is located outside of the Royal Caribbean East Gate.
Visiting Supporters
Visiting Team supporter groups are encouraged to shout, cheer and show their team pride while maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for fans. They may be granted the same privileges and are subject to the same disciplinary actions as the home supporters. All banners, flags, instruments and other prohibited items must be pre approved by Inter Miami CF and Nu Stadium event operations staff. Tickets for the visiting supporters will be allocated in Sections 202 at Nu Stadium.

All soccer matches and other events at Nu Stadium are rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, check Nu Stadium social media channels for the latest information. NU Stadium will notify all attendees if weather requires attendees to take steps to minimize risks.
