PARKING 

How do I access Parking at the Stadium? 

  • On-site parking lots will open 3 hours prior to kickoff. 
  • You must have a prepaid parking pass to park on-site. Click here to purchase  NU Stadium or visiting parking.com for more details.  
  • Parking is very limited on match day. To secure an on-site parking pass and guarantee the best rate please purchase in advance of the match. 
  • If you have a pre-paid parking pass please see below for the directions to enter the lots and expedite entry:  
  • AUDI BLACK Lot -  To access the AUDI Black Lot, enter from NW 37th Ave and access the lot from Heron Lane  
  • RED Lot -  To access the Red Lot, enter from N Lejune RD and access the lot from Heron Lane
  • YELLOW Lot - To access the yellow lot, please use NW 14th Street and access the lot from Volley Drive.  
  • Parking is very limited on match day. To secure an on-site parking pass and guarantee the best rate please purchase in advance of the match.

ENTERING AND EXITING STADIUM 

When do gates open? 

Gates for the match open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. 

Which gates are open? 

Entry to Nu Stadium will be available through the South, East, and North Gates, as well as the VIP Entrance on the West side of the stadium. Your designated entry gate will be assigned based on your seating location.

  • Field Suites - Please enter using the VIP Entrance to access the VIP Check-In Lobby. Once in the lobby, go to the Suite Check-In desk for accreditations.
  • Executive Suites - Please enter using the VIP Entrance to access the VIP Check-In Lobby. Once in the lobby, go to the Suite Check-In desk for accreditations. 
  • Platinum Suites - Please enter using the VIP Entrance to access the VIP Check-In Lobby. Once in the lobby, go to the Suite Check-In desk for accreditations.
  • Loge - Please enter using the VIP Entrance and go to VIP Check-In Lobby. Once in the lobby, go to the Club Check-In desk for accreditations.
  • West Club - Please enter using the VIP Entrance and go to VIP Check-In Lobby. Once in the lobby, go to the Club Check-In desk for accreditations.
  • Nu Club - Please enter using the VIP Entrance and go to VIP Check-In Lobby. Once in the lobby, go to the Club check-In desk for accreditations. 
  • East Field Seats/Pitch side - Please enter East Gate. Once through the East Gate security check point, go to the right of the stairs to access the exclusive East VIP Lobby. Additional check-in location is located outside of the west club.
  • East Club - Please enter through the East Gate. Once through the East Gate security check point, go to the right of the stairs to access the exclusive East VIP Lobby. Additional check-in location is located at section 118 – 119. 
  • GA – Lower & Upper Level - Enter through South, East, or North Gate.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES 

Do you accept cash?  

No, all concession stands are cashless. 

Do you have automated teller machines on site or reverse ATMs?  

Nu Stadium does not currently offer any ATMs on site.

Where can I purchase official team merchandise at Nu Stadium? 

  • South Gate - Official Team Store location 
  • North Gate - Retail container location outside the stadium 
  • VIP Entry – Pop up Shop inside of VIP Lobby

INCLEMENT WEATHER PROTOCOL 

What do I do if the gates are not open during an inclement weather delay?  

  • If gates are not open, fans will be encouraged to remain in their cars if they are near the stadium. 

What do I do if I am in the stadium during an inclement weather delay?  

  • If fans have already entered the building and scanned their tickets, due to no re-entry, public address announcements will be made informing fans to seek safe shelter in the stadium. 

Do gates stay open during an inclement weather delay?  

  • No.  Spectators should seek shelter in their vehicle or the parking garage. 

Where can I find updates during an inclement weather delay? 

  • As soon as a final timeline for gates opening and kickoff are determined, they will be relayed over the Club App, social media and PA. 

How long is an inclement weather delay?  

  • A inclement delay will continue for 30 minutes following the last lightning strike within the 8-mile radius of the stadium. 

Can the match be delayed or cancelled due to an inclement weather delay?  

  • If necessary, kick off will be delayed long enough to allow both teams and officials a sufficient on-field warm up period. 

Do I need to evacuate the building during an inclement weather delay?  

  • In the event of inclement weather or lightning in the area, fans are NOT required to evacuate the seating bowl but may seek shelter within their sections or on the concourse or exit at their own risk.  
  • There may be times, especially in case of severe weather and lightning in the area, where the evacuation of the seating bowl may be necessary. 

Is reentry allowed during an inclement weather delay? 

  • If fans choose to leave the stadium during a delay, or any other time during the match, re-entry will not be permitted.
