What dates and times are tours offered?
Tours are typically offered Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. With the last tour starting promptly at 3:00 PM.
How long does a tour typically last?
The total experience will last approximately 45 min. We HIGHLY SUGGEST comfortable, closed toed, athletic type shoes be worn. Participating barefoot or without shoes is prohibited.
Are tour locations and times guaranteed?
No, all tour dates, times, tour stops, field access, and field activities are subject to change at any time without notice.
Do you allow walk up tours?
Yes, we do allow walk-up tours! However, all guests must purchase a ticket upon arrival. Availability can vary depending on the day and group size, so we recommend purchasing your ticket prior to arriving. You can purchase your ticket at the following link: 2025 Chase Stadium Tours
What happens if I arrive after my schedule tour time?
If you are running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. However, please be advised that if you miss your designated time slot, we cannot guarantee placement on a subsequent tour due to capacity limitations.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. However, emergency weather may impact the availability of tours. Refunds or rescheduling under this condition is TBD.
Do you offer tours in other languages?
At this time, tours are available in English & Spanish daily.

Yes. Children 3 and under are free admission.
Are strollers permitted on tour?
Yes, strollers are permitted on the tour, however they must remain on the sidelines during the field experience portion of your tour. Strollers will NOT be allowed on the playing surface or field. We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen strollers.
Are wheelchairs/ECVs permitted on tour?
Yes, all tours are accessible for wheelchairs and Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECVs).
Chase Stadium does not accept responsibility for lost, missing or stolen wheelchair/ECVs.
Are there any prohibited items?

Are there any camera restrictions?
Guests are welcome to use still cameras for personal use at Chase Stadium. Tripods, monopods, “selfie sticks” and cameras with a lens longer than 6” (detachable or non-detachable) will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices at Chase Stadium are prohibited.
Are there footwear restrictions?
Shoes with spikes, sharp heels, or other attributes that may damage the playing surface will not be permitted on the field.
